What we collect. For normal B2B sourcing enquiries we may receive your name, company, business contact details, country, fabric or product specifications, quantities, destination, sample or compliance requirements, meeting preferences, correspondence and ordinary website security logs.
Why we use it. We use this information to answer enquiries and RFQs, prepare requested quotations or pre-contract steps, coordinate sourcing, sampling, production and logistics, maintain business records, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Where data-protection law applies, the relevant basis may include requested pre-contract steps, contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent.
Who may receive it. Contact and RFQ forms use FormSubmit, and WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp. When a sourcing request requires it, relevant business information may also be shared with selected manufacturers, laboratories, inspection, logistics, certification or professional-service providers. These providers apply their own privacy practices.
International processing. R.N. Textiles is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Information sent from another country may therefore be processed in Pakistan and, when needed for the requested service, in other countries involved in the sourcing route. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we seek an appropriate lawful mechanism.
How long we keep it. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, follow-up, business relationship, accounting or legal records, security or dispute handling, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or unnecessary sensitive personal data through public forms.
Your choices and rights. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent where consent is used, or complain to a competent authority. My Sourcing Notes. If you use the optional My Sourcing Notes feature, your note and saved specification items are stored in your browser’s local storage on that device. They are not transmitted to R.N. Textiles until you deliberately attach them to an RFQ or submit them through a form. Clearing the notes or your browser site data removes the local copy.
Sourcing Assistant. The website Sourcing Assistant uses R.N. Textiles website and Fabric Finder information to provide tentative guidance. General questions are handled by the website knowledge logic by default and are not a substitute for written technical or commercial confirmation. No external AI service is currently required for those local answers. If a server-side AI provider is enabled later, this notice will be updated with the relevant processing details before that feature is placed into production.
Cookies. Essential browser storage remembers your language and privacy choices. Optional analytics are off by default and may operate only after an affirmative choice if configured. We currently use no advertising cookies. You can change optional-cookie choices at any time using the button below.

Bedding Design Studio preview. The current bedding preview within the website is static and marked “Coming Soon.” It does not upload inspiration images, generate bedding designs, or store a design brief. If interactive, upload or AI-assisted features are introduced later, this notice will be reviewed before those features are enabled.
