R.N. Textiles coordinates different manufacturing partners according to each requirement. Product performance depends on the final approved specification, sample and production route. Images may be illustrative, licensed, digitally created or supplied by partners and may not show the exact product or facility used for an order. Certification references such as OEKO-TEX®, BSCI, Sedex/SMETA, GOTS or GRS are supplier-, facility-, product-scope- and validity-specific and must be confirmed for the nominated manufacturing route.
The Digital Fabric Studio is a browser-based technical visualization and specification aid. Its weave micro-blueprint, yarn-dyed fabric preview, calculated metrics and exported summaries are intended for preliminary sourcing discussions. They do not reproduce exact colour, hand-feel, finish, physical yarn geometry, loom behaviour or laboratory performance and do not replace an approved physical sample, exact weave card or written specification.
The Studio supports separate warp and weft yarn systems (Ne, Nm or Denier), EPI/PPI and buyer-defined width. Its preliminary greige estimate converts yarn inputs to tex, applies standard planning allowances of 10% to warp yarn path and 5% to weft yarn path. Actual greige and finished GSM can differ because of real crimp, sizing pickup, moisture, fibre/blend, yarn twist, loom settings, processing, finishing and shrinkage and must be confirmed by sample and testing.
Plain 1/1, 2/1 twill, 3/1 drill and 5-end 4/1 sateen are generated from defined repeat matrices. Herringbone is a reversing-twill representation. Dobby/Jacquard and yarn-dyed stripe/check views are representative unless an exact weave card and colour plan are supplied. Indicative character bars show comparative construction tendencies only; they are not physical-test results. The Studio makes no universal loom-feasibility or hand-feel guarantee; unusual or custom constructions require mill validation and physical swatch approval.
Signature Editions, trend concepts, design visuals and the R.N. Textiles Traceability Pack are development and sourcing aids. Concept designs and AI-assisted visuals require technical translation, supplier confirmation and physical sample approval before they are treated as production references. Traceability information is limited to available verified supplier and project documentation and is not itself certification, regulatory approval or an EU Digital Product Passport. Automated or AI-assisted responses may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. Textile calculators are planning tools: mathematical conversions may be exact within their formulas, while fabric-weight, CBM, container and delivery indications depend on actual specifications, packing, payload, route and carrier/forwarder requirements. Please confirm technical, compliance, logistics and commercial details before relying on them.
Prices, MOQ, capacity, lead times, payment terms, Incoterms, specifications and delivery commitments become reliable only when confirmed in current written commercial documents. If website information conflicts with an accepted quotation, approved sample/specification, purchase-order acceptance or another agreed transaction document, the transaction document takes priority.
